India Is Well Placed With The Lowest Demand-supply Gap In Ai & Data Science

Today, the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) released a report titled “State of Data Science and AI Skills in India: Data and the Art of Smart Intelligence” which shows that India ranks first in terms of AI skill penetration and AI talent concentration and fifth in AI scientific publications. The report also highlighted that the demand for digital skills, especially talent around artificial intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and data science, has doubled over the past 5 years, with an estimate of more than 1 million professionals by 2024.
