Three Weak Spots That Make Self-driving Cars More Dangerous Than Humans

A new study has found that driverless cars are more dangerous than humans in certain driving conditions, such as low-light and turning. Despite generally being involved in fewer accidents, autonomous vehicles were found to be five times more likely to crash during dusk or dawn and almost two times more likely to be involved in an accident while turning. This raises concerns about the safety of self-driving cars as they continue to be tested and developed.
