Stellantis Lands Major Self-driving Blow Against Rival American Automakers

Stellantis, a leading American automaker, is set to introduce STLA AutoDrive, a Level 3 self-driving system, in 2025. This technology will be powered by artificial intelligence and will replace the current Hands-Free Active Driving Assist. Other new technologies, including STLA Brain and STLA SmartCockpit, will also be introduced and will be powered by AI. The STLA Brain architecture, which utilizes cloud integration and Qualcomm chips, will allow for over-the-air updates and faster development time.
