Wayve Raises $1b To Take Its Tesla-like Technology For Self-driving To Many Carmakers

Wayve, a U.K.-based startup, has raised $1.05 billion in Series C funding to develop its self-learning autonomous driving system. The company plans to expand globally and offer its technology to various auto OEMs and robotics companies. Its approach is similar to Tesla’s, but with a focus on “Embodied AI” and learning from human behavior in different environments.
