Cisco Systems Inc. had a successful year in 2023, despite a volatile macro environment. The company made the biggest acquisition in its history and is going through the biggest retooling of its products ever. In 2024, Cisco is expected to see an acceleration in revenue due to the product changes, and the security business is being revamped with the introduction of the Cisco Security Cloud, which comprises three security suites. Additionally, the shift from products to platforms is making it easier to articulate the value of Cisco’s products.
