Amazon Web Services (AWS) recently announced the launch of its generative AI-powered assistant, Q, at its annual re:Invent 2023 conference in Las Vegas. Q is designed to be tailored to the needs of organizations and is capable of performing a variety of tasks, such as generating reports for sales managers, providing creative content to marketing teams, and identifying errors made by software teams while coding. Q is promoted as a more secure version of an AI chatbot, as access to content can be more closely controlled. AWS, Google, and Microsoft have all been making major investments in generative AI initiatives.
