Siemens and ServiceNow have partnered to offer a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution to identify and manage operating technology (OT) devices in industrial settings. The solution integrates ServiceNow’s data analytics software platform, Now Platform, with Siemens’ cloud-based OT device management software to provide enterprises with data from data silos and increase transparency across the shop floor. The software enables enterprises to prevent incidents that could disrupt production processes, plan service tasks, identify potential security vulnerabilities, and dispatch service personnel without additional manual or time costs.
