Blueprint To Help Malaysia Achieve Digital Economy Aspirations

Malaysia’s MyDIGITAL initiative is driving the country’s digital transformation, with the Malaysian Digital Economy Blueprint outlining efforts and initiatives to achieve high-income status. Professor Dr Vinesh Thiruchelvam, chief innovation & enterprise officer at APIIT Education Group and Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation, notes that the transformation is anchored in artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity, and robotics. The government’s policies are playing a pivotal role in fostering the technology sector, with the tech industry facilitating job creation and skill development.
