Samsung Electronics is celebrating International Day of the Girl Child by showcasing the achievements of young women who participated in the company’s global initiative, Samsung Innovation Campus. The program provides students from all backgrounds the opportunity to learn and grow in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotics. Natia Lollie from Texas, a graduate of the program, is passionate about AI and robotics and believes that encouraging women to participate and discover their places in the development and governance of the AI industry will reduce bias and ensure a diversity of perspectives. Leveraging the knowledge acquired from Samsung Innovation Campus, Lollie aspires to be a Computer Vision specialist in the future.
