Healthcare providers are feeling the industry’s talent shortage in their administrative functions as well as clinical areas, particularly in revenue cycle management. Robotic process automation (RPA) offers a cost-effective solution to the talent shortage, as it can automate rote, repetitive processes that involve multiple steps and systems and/or substantial human and machine interaction.
