HCA Healthcare, one of the largest healthcare systems in the US, is using generative artificial intelligence to improve the transfer of information between healthcare providers. Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform, along with its healthcare-specific large language model Med-PaLM 2, is helping HCA to achieve this. Med-PaLM 2 is set to be released to a wider number of customers in September.
