Digitalisation has become a major part of our lives since the pandemic, with businesses across all industries leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, ML, chatbots, and more to enhance customer experience. In Malaysia, the digital economy is expected to contribute 22.6% of the nation’s GDP, and the government is aiming to create half a million jobs in the digital sphere by 2025. To meet this challenge, the Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU) is offering a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management with a specialism in Digital Marketing to equip students with the essential tools and knowledge to stay competitive. The course focuses on understanding how advanced technologies can aid real-time responsiveness and support broader marketing initiatives, while also teaching students to connect with consumers through empathy and creating engaging content.
