Old Mutual Completes All-in Migration To Aws

Old Mutual, a pan-African financial services group, has closed its on-premises data centers and migrated its entire IT infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This move will reduce IT infrastructure costs, decrease financial transaction processing time by two-thirds, reduce downtime by 50%, and enable the development of more relevant insurance products. Old Mutual will also use AWS’s ML and AI services to generate real-time, personalized financial forecasting and recommendations for customers.
