Google is using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to help prevent phishing attacks. AI and ML can be used to look at the phrasing of incoming emails, flag unusual message patterns, and track the people responsible for phishing attacks. AI is also involved in the recovery process of a successful phishing attack on a Google account. ML helps to decide which login attempts are legitimate.
