Financial institutions are increasingly leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to provide customers with personalised products and services. AI-driven solutions such as behavioural analytics, AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants are being used to analyse customer data, suggest customised product recommendations, tailor marketing campaigns and promotions, and provide 24/7 customer support. In March 2023, Visa partnered with AI and big data company Crayon Data to enable card issuers to use AI-driven insights that enhance customer engagement through hyper-personalization.
