Generative AI is becoming increasingly popular in the enterprise world, with 67% of IT leaders prioritizing it for their business within the next year and a half. However, organizations must proactively mitigate generative AI’s inherent risks, such as ethics, bias, transparency, privacy and regulatory requirements, in order to preserve trust with customers, employees and stakeholders. This can be done by achieving fairness and mitigating bias in AI training data, algorithm and use case, as well as by ensuring transparency and privacy in AI implementations.
