Cohere Expands Enterprise Llm Efforts With Liveperson Partnership

Cohere AI and LivePerson have announced a new partnership to bring Cohere’s large language model (LLM) technology to LivePerson’s conversational AI. The effort aims to reduce bias, improve explainability, and limit the risk of AI hallucinations. Cohere’s founding team has its roots in Google Brain and the original research paper on transformers. LivePerson has been using LLM technology since 2018. The partnership will involve LivePerson adapting Cohere’s LLM models with extended training to provide generative AI that can support enterprise deployments.
