Nvidia has announced the Metropolis framework, a new application development framework that focuses on microservices and cloud-native workflows, at the Nvidia GTC 2023. This framework is designed to help users build more efficient vision AI models, and is joined by new versions of the company’s TAO Toolkit 5.0 and the expansion of the Nvidia DeepStream data pipeline builder. Over 1,000 companies are currently using the Metropolis developer tools to address operational challenges, sensor processing and IoT with vision AI.
