Towards Automatic Home-based Sleep Apnea Estimation Using Deep Learning

This article discusses the development of a data-driven method, DRIVEN, for estimating Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) and segmenting physiological signals in a home care environment. The algorithm has been tested on a large dataset and shows high performance and generalizability.
