HPE Aruba has launched a new enterprise private 5G technology that aims to simplify deployment and management of private cellular networks, making it as easy as current Wi-Fi networks. The technology, built on HPE’s acquisition of Athonet, integrates everything needed for deployment and can be managed alongside Wi-Fi and wired networking in one place. This also provides an on-ramp to IoT data for AI inference and edge computing.
