Barak Eilam, CEO of NICE, will step down at the end of 2024 after 25 years with the company. His tenure has seen NICE transform into a powerhouse in enterprise software, with tripled revenue and a focus on cloud and AI. Eilam will serve as CEO until 2024 and then act as a strategic consultant through 2025. The board is searching for his successor to continue the company’s growth trajectory.
