A new report by GCC solutions consulting firm ANSR reveals that Indian GCCs are increasingly focusing on digital capabilities such as AI/ML and data analytics, with 80% of GCCs directing their attention towards these areas. The report also notes that CIOs have ranked AI as a top priority for 2024, surpassing traditional tech capabilities. The top five emerging and future-oriented skills in demand at GCCs include generative AI, data analytics, and cloud computing. India commands over 50% of the global GCC market and the sector is expected to grow to $110 billion by 2030.
