Machine Learning And Image Processing For Object Detection

This article discusses the challenges and advancements in object detection, a fundamental topic in computer vision. With the development of machine learning and image processing technologies, object detection has become increasingly important in various applications. However, there are still several challenges in applying object detection to remote sensing images, such as detecting unknown classes, training with limited annotations, and achieving effective detection for 3D objects. This Special Issue seeks original contributions addressing these key problems and issues.
