A Deep Learning Dataset For Sample Preparation Artefacts Detection In Multispectral High-content Microscopy

This article discusses the challenges of using high-content image-based screening in drug discovery and systems biology due to sample preparation artefacts. To address this issue, the authors present a purpose-created open dataset of high-content microscopy sample preparation artefacts and demonstrate its applicability for deep learning.
