Masheika Allgood and Alexander Tsado, former presidents of Nvidia Corp’s Black employees group, met with the company’s CEO Jensen Huang to discuss the potential dangers of artificial intelligence technology, particularly to minority groups. The 22-slide deck and other documents they presented warned of the increasing role of AI in shaping the future and the need for increased regulatory scrutiny. Despite their efforts, Huang did not appear to take their concerns seriously and both Allgood and Tsado left the company shortly afterwards.
