Amazon Web Services (AWS) showcased a variety of new tools for developers and businesses at their re:Invent 2023 conference in Las Vegas. One of the standouts was Generative AI, which is being used by the PGA Tour to create a virtual assistant that can pull up stats and references related to the Tour going back to 2005. The assistant can also be used to track data related to golf shots, such as distance, carry, ball speed, and club speed.
