Global experts gathered in Doha for the Machine Learning and Data Analytics Symposium (MLDAS 2023) to share insights on the latest advances in artificial intelligence. The two-day symposium was organized by Hamad Bin Khalifa University’s Qatar Computing Research Institute (QCRI) in collaboration with Boeing. The symposium aims to bridge the divide between cutting-edge academic insights and the practical needs of the industry, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange in AI and data analytics. The Executive Director of QCRI, Ahmed K. Elmagarmid, spoke about the symposium’s journey and the importance of the partnership between QCRI and Boeing. 15 experts provided the latest updates on machine learning, AI, and leading research and engineering work.
