Vodafone’s Digital Asset Broker (DAB) and Chainlink (LINK) Labs have collaborated with Sumitomo Corporation and InnoWave to create a proof of concept (PoC) to tackle the inefficiencies in the $32 trillion global trade arena. The PoC leverages Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) and DAB to ensure secure data and token exchanges across public and private blockchain networks, alongside IoT networks. The consortium will further explore the potential of DAB’s Economy of Things (EoT) platform to enable devices to autonomously serve as reliable data sources during trade processes and facilitate financial transaction processing.
