Resolvit provides technology solutions such as cyber security, DevOps, cloud/IoT and application modernization, and has an international presence spanning the US, Canada, UK, India, and Australia. The acquisition of Resolvit will expand Aditi’s portfolio of services and reach for exceptional talent, allowing them to service clients from the US, Canada, UK, India, and Australia. BGL’s Professional Services investment banking team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Resolvit in the transaction.
