Mark Palmer, chief counsel of the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism and an adjunct professor at U of I College of Law, has been named to the Fastcase 50. He believes in the value of technology and artificial intelligence in the legal profession and has been recognized as a member of the 2023 Fastcase 50. AI and ChatGPT have enhanced the ability for lawyers to look at different viewpoints and analyze different angles of a case. Palmer hopes to demystify its complex roles for responsible innovation and allow lawyers to better craft the information to apply to a specific client’s situation.
