SAP has announced a new investment into its Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) operations, establishing hardened, secure facilities and creating up to 70 new full-time specialist roles to support general availability of SAP’s sovereign cloud capabilities in ANZ. This investment recognises the growing need for hardened platforms that will strengthen the cyber security of customers who operate in highly regulated environments, and will enable customers to store and process PROTECTED-level workloads. SAP’s sovereign cloud capabilities are currently available for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions as well as Business Technology Platform.
