Splunk .conf23 event on Tuesday saw the expansion of SecOps and ITOps functionality of its flagship unified security and observability platform with the debut of a collection of AI-powered tools to boost the system’s detection, investigation and response capabilities. Splunk also announced a new Splunk-Microsoft partnership to build Splunk’s enterprise security and observability software on the Azure cloud platform. Splunk’s products will now be available for purchase through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Digital resilience is the core mission for Splunk’s unified security and observability platform, which is the protection of digital workflows and workloads from cyberattack and maintaining the performance of those processes and the IT that supports them.
