A new report from the World Economic Forum (WEF) has revealed that 83 million jobs are projected to be lost globally in the next five years, while 69 million new jobs will be created. Cognitive skills, creative thinking, and technology literacy are growing in importance, while robots and AI are the biggest job displacers and creators, respectively. 85% of organisations surveyed identified increased adoption of new and frontier technologies and broadening digital access as the trends most likely to drive transformation in their organisation.
