Hsuanwu

Hsuanwu is a long-term evolution project of reinforcement learning inspired by the LTE standard project in telecommunications. It aims to track the latest research progress in reinforcement learning and provide stable and efficient baselines. Hsuanwu integrates latest tricks and provides a large number of reusable benchmarks. It also has a developer community for issues and discussions, as well as well-designed documentation.
