Leonardo And Cisco Team Up To Develop Technological Solutions

Leonardo and Cisco have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop technological solutions for the civil and defence industry. The agreement will focus on sectors such as cyber security, secure networking, Internet-of-Things (IoT), the digital workplace and cloud edge computing. The two companies plan to develop roadmaps for specific technological fields, such as quantum cryptography, green transition, and security solutions for logistics and transportation using drones and urban security systems. They will also work together on joint commercial offerings and a steering committee will be constituted to keep track of the partnership’s development.
