QuSecure has achieved a breakthrough in satellite data transmission security, becoming the first to successfully complete a quantum-resilient cryptographic communications satellite link through space. This breakthrough was accomplished through a collaboration with SpaceX’s Starlink satellite and a leading Global System Integrator (GSI) and security provider. Data shared between satellites and ground stations is now protected from classical and quantum decryption attacks using post-quantum cryptography (PQC), making it more secure than typical internet communications.
