The University of Bremen has been accepted as a founding member of the Robotics Institute Germany, which aims to strengthen Germany’s position as a leader in robotics and AI-based technologies. The institute will bring together top research institutes and industry partners to accelerate the transfer of innovative technologies to industry and society. The University of Bremen’s expertise in AI-based robotics, particularly in the healthcare sector, has been recognized and will be supported by 20 million euros in funding from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
