Oracle announces plans to invest over $1 billion to open a third cloud region in Madrid, Spain, in order to meet the growing demand for its AI and cloud services. The new region will enable customers and partners to migrate workloads to the cloud and innovate with data, analytics, and AI. Telefonica España will be the host partner for the region.
